What each issue will contain
- New evidence. Studies, tests, standards and guidance added to the library that week, each with a short summary, its funding label and a link to the original.
- Questions that moved. Questions whose status changed or that gained new evidence, with the dated change-log entry.
- Standards and law. New and draft standards, specifications and regulations, as their publishers report them.
- Corrections. Anything corrected on the site that week, and why.
What it will leave out
No advertising, no sponsored items and no product recommendations. The site’s rules will apply to every issue: each finding cites its source, and manufacturer funding is labelled.
How it will be put together
Each issue will be drafted from the week’s checks for new studies, standards and guidance, and the editor will read and approve it before it is sent.
Sign-up
Not sending yet. The first issue goes out when sign-up opens. Until then, follow the updates page or its Atom feed, which carry every change of note.
Following a question
Each question page ends with a form to follow it: after you confirm your address, you get one email when that question’s status changes, each with a link to stop. The updates and their Atom feed also carry every change of note.
